"Had a bad experience with a Total cheat and dishonest employee. Always check the invoice against what they pack and deliver. On home delivery always check delivered items infront of the delivery person. Invite delivery person inside and get them to show you each item is their expectation. (If single lady at home safety is not their concern, but check items) because if Something is missing rather than resending they accuse you that you are lying. On a 1300-1400 order - rupees 50 item missing and they rather accuse you than apologise for mistake. Shameful behaviour. Owner was very diligent and quick to resolve the issue on receiving my email complaint within minutes. Appreciate the prompt action Mr Kush!"
